a) Alla luce delle esperienze degli sviluppi della crisi economica , lei ritiene che la speculazione finanziaria sui mercati e le rendite da capitale o investimenti siano qualcosa di strettamente collegato e irrinunciabile nell'economia di uno stato del terzo millennio?
b) Se la risposta è si , ritiene che le sacche di accumulo di capitali che si avverassero in una situazione di libera emissione di denaro non ci riporterebbero nella stessa attuale situazione?
Se la risposta è NO, perchè ? Come si farebbe per evitare questo?
a) In the light of the experiences in the developments of the economic crisis, do you think speculation of financial markets and income from capital or investments are something closely linked and essential in the economy of a state of the third millennium?
b) If the answer is yes, do you consider that the pockets of capital accumulation that would come true in a situation of free issue of money could carry us in the same actual situation?
If the answer is NO, why? How could you prevent this?
c) L'Italia ormai da 30 anni sta attraversando una flessione di tipo culturale. La cultura sociale, l'educazione civica, il rispetto degli altri, le strategie di sviluppo personale sono ai coefficienti minimi. La gente è senza lavoro anche per un ristagno del desiderio di creare una impresa privata. Tutto questo derivato da impreparazione e leggi troppo restrittive. La novità è illegale (vedi caso sigaretta elettronica). I giovani preparati sono emigrati all'estero ed in cambio l'Italia si è popolata di stranieri di provenienza africana, balcanica , est europea che certamente non è andata a migliorare la conoscenza tecnologica del paese. Alla luce di questo lei ritiene che sia possibile che lo stato possa dare occupazione a tutti quelli che non hanno la possibilità di trovare un lavoro nel privato o crearselo? Questa forma di parassitismo (passatemi il termine) non sfocerà nella solita conclusione che gli stipendi di questi “lavoratori per caso” finiranno nelle tasche di chi saprà dare loro i “circenses”?
c) Italy from 30 years is going through a downturn cultural. The social culture, civic education, respect for others, strategies for personal development are the minimum ratios. People are out of work for a backwater of the desire to create a private enterprise. All this is derived from lack of preparation and laws too restrictive. The novelty is illegal (see case electronic cigarettes). Young prepared people emigrated abroad and in return Italy was populated by foreigners from Africa, the Balkans, Eastern European who certainly did not go to improve the technological knowledge of the country. In light of this do you believe possible the state could provide employment to all those who have no chance of finding a job in the private or creat by themselves? d) Non ritiene che lo stato e governo italiano debbano prima occuparsi di creare una cultura capace di riportare il paese nella situazione degli anni '70 in cui l'Italia era la 4 potenza mondiale nel settore manifatturiero. Questo prima di avviare programmi di distribuzione economica di risorse?
d) Do you agree state and the italian government should first take care to create a culture capable of bringing the country into the situation of the '70s in which Italy was the fourth world power in the manufacturing sector? This before implementation of programs for economic distribution of resources?
e) Lei parla di rilancio della piccola media impresa, se accettiamo la possibilità di accumulo di capitale non ci troveremo di fronte al fatto che chi già in partenza dispone di capitali finirà per sovrastare le nuova imprenditoria?
e) You talk about the revival of small and medium enterprises, if we accept the possibility of accumulation of capital we will be faced with the fact that those who from the outset has capital will eventually overpower the new businesses?
f) Come dovrebbe avvenire la stampa e la concessione di finanziamenti da parte dello stato? Con quale metodo e con quale gradualità? In sintesi quanta moneta può annualmente mettere il governo italiano in ballo ?

g) In una società di benessere, dove il denaro non è un problema e tutti lavorano che ruolo ha la meritocrazia? Un dentista che ha conseguito una laurea dovrebbe guadagnare di più di un muratore che sgobba 8 ore al giorno fisicamente? E quanto di più?
g) In a wellness society, where money is not a problem and they all work what is the role of meritocracy? A dentist who has a bachelor's degree should earn more than a mason who was working hard physically 8 hours a day? And how much more?
h) Se in uno stato assistenzialista che provvede al benessere dei cittadini esiste la meritocrazia e la possibilità di reddito diverso non teme che la corsa al rialzo del tetto del benessere possa non avere un limite per cui in qualche decennio tutti saranno benestanti ma nessuno produrrà più il pane. Non vede questa corsa al benessere come una destabilizzante della società, una specie di zucchero che inevitabilmente porterà le carie e conseguenti dolori?
h) If a state welfarism that provides for the welfare of the citizens there is a meritocracy and the possibility of different income does not fear that the race to the top of the roof of welfare can not have a limit so that in a few decades all will be wealthy but no one will produce more bread. Don't you see this as a destabilizing for the wellbeing of society, a kind of sugar that will inevitably lead to tooth decay and subsequent pain?
